Today I tried using the website to exchange my tether to a visa card payment. I've sent the payment to the address given in the payment window and despite having over 1000 confirmations the window does not update to show the payment. So far support seems to only be delaying me and is unable to say when they will have it fixed and they have not given me a refund when requested.

I used this exchange service a lot of times, lately it became slower than usual. Forexample now, it's almost 13 hours and I still didn't get the money. I'm uding Litecoin to Visa Mastercard USD service.

9870 We made a payment on Friday 17.05.2024. SEPA transfer, they do not reply on the website chat. Today is 24th of May, we still waiting for our money. We need the money so we can buy goods for our company. I can't understand why bestchange is letting this kind of exchanger be on top for EUR/USDT Rate. It is unacceptable that we have to wait 1 week to get our money.

After 24 hours of waiting I got a message with two questions: 1. purpose of buying USDT (what a mess, thats my salary and only my business) 2. where i installed my wallet and screenshot of my desk and my transaction history (that can't be serious!?) after even answering for what purpose (buying a car) they asked for the seller (seriously?) worst exchanger ever! and now they don't refund me my money Horrible exchanger!

After 2 hours long verification process: receiving all my passport data and selfies and credit card info, they just saying it's "error, contact support". And support does not work. Just ignores me. That's clearly a ***, trying to get your data to sell it.

I am suing you for the problem. They are hurting me by withholding my money. Such a lane is not safe. Unfortunately the BestExchange support team is not doing anything to protect me from ***? I am not getting cooperation from anyone. My 5.5 LTC TO 408.15$ PM $ fund is being *** without following rules! Is it your job to *** money from top listed rates? I prepare order by selecting best rate from bestexchange and request exchange it is normal process. I can't believe myself they are going to *** me like this. Surely you do not harm the customer.
